For customers who need their orders faster, we offer expedited shipping options via DHL or UPS. These services are available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200. This offer applies to standard ground shipping only and does not include expedited services.
Ice Shipping
We offer designated cold shipping, which can be optionally added to either flat-rate, free, or Express shipping for an additional fee.
International Shipping
PulsePeptides.com ships to select countries internationally. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks for standard international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Regional Exceptions for Flat-Rate Shipments:
Due to the unreliable quality of local shipping services, PulsePeptides cannot be held responsible for errors or losses incurred through postal services in the following regions: (Romania, Belarus). These exceptions apply only to flat-rate shipments. Express shipments are not affected and will follow standard refund and reshipment policies. This list may be updated in the future, so we recommend that all customers stay informed about these regional exceptions.
Package Insurance
All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for any orders.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods imported are legal and meet all local regulations. PulsePeptides is not liable for any legal complications that may arise and the buyer is not eligible for a refund in this case.
If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address and the parcel has already been dispatched, they will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment. The buyer may change his/her shipping address while his/her order is still processing by contacting our customer service promptly.
