Terms of Service
These terms govern every order placed on pulsepeptides.com and every use of this website. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order and do not use the site.
Last updated 2 September 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
Pulse Organization LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14018578, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pulse Organization LTD. “You” means the person or company placing the order.
Contact: support@pulsepeptides.com, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm London time.
2. The documents that apply, and which one wins
Three documents govern your order:
- these Terms of Service,
- our Shipping and Return Policy, which governs shipping, delivery, delivery problems, replacements and refunds,
- our Research Use Only statement, which governs what these products are and how they may be used.
Where they differ on shipping, delivery, replacements or refunds, the Shipping and Return Policy applies. Where they differ on the permitted use of the products, the Research Use Only statement applies. On everything else, these terms apply. Together they are the entire agreement between you and us for your order, and they replace anything said before, in e-mail, on social media, or by any third party.
3. Two kinds of customer
You are a Consumer if you are an individual buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You are a Business Customer in every other case, including where you give us a company name or a VAT number at checkout.
Some clauses below apply only to Business Customers, and each of those says so. Where any clause in these terms would reduce a right that a Consumer has by law, that clause does not apply to a Consumer to that extent, and the rest of these terms stay in force.
4. Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. It is not for human or veterinary use, and it must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted or applied to the body of a human or an animal. It is not a medicine, a medical device, a food, a food supplement or a cosmetic.
Our full Research Use Only statement forms part of these terms. Read it before you order. You confirm that you have read it and that you accept it every time you place an order.
We do not advise on dosage, administration or effects, and we will not answer questions of that kind.
5. Who may order
You may order only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You must give us accurate and complete information when you order, and keep it up to date. If you give us information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may refuse or cancel the order and close your account.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and we do not have to give a reason. We may in particular refuse an order where we have reason to believe that the products are intended for use in or on a human or an animal, where the order cannot lawfully be delivered to your country, where an order appears to be placed by a reseller, a buying agent or an automated system, where a previous order from you was charged back or remained unpaid, or where the order exceeds a quantity we are willing to supply. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we return your payment in full and we owe you nothing further.
6. How a contract is made
The products shown on this website are an invitation to order, not an offer.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods, or when we tell you in writing that we accept the order, whichever happens first. An automated order confirmation or payment receipt is not acceptance.
How ordering works. You add products to the basket, enter your delivery and payment details, and see a summary of your order, the total price and the shipping cost before you confirm. Until you press the order button you can go back and correct anything you have entered, including by changing the basket. The contract is concluded in English. We store your order details and send them to you by e-mail; you can also see them in your account. We are not bound by any code of conduct.
7. Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there and include VAT where it applies. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.
We may correct a price that is obviously wrong. Where a price is stated incorrectly and the error is one you could reasonably have noticed, we are not obliged to supply at that price: we will tell you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country are not included and are paid by the recipient. Our Shipping and Return Policy explains how that works.
8. Payment
We accept payment by debit card, credit card, direct bank transfer and cryptocurrency. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
- Bank transfer. Quote your five-digit order number as the payment reference and nothing else. An order awaiting payment stays open for 7 calendar days.
- Cryptocurrency. The price of your order is fixed in the currency shown at checkout, and the amount of coin is worked out from that price at the rate applying when you pay. That coin amount has to reach us in full, within the payment window shown to you. You bear the network fee. Your payment counts as made when the full amount has arrived and the network has confirmed it, which is by hand and takes longer than a card payment. If less than the full amount arrives, our Shipping and Return Policy says what happens.
- Payments from someone else’s account. We accept payment only from an account, card or wallet belonging to the person placing the order. We may hold an order and ask for proof of the source of a payment before we release it.
We keep ownership of the goods until you have paid for them in full.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after we have dispatched an order, the full price becomes immediately due, we may suspend your account, and we may withhold any pending replacement or refund on any order until the matter is resolved. Where you open a chargeback or a payment dispute, we will answer it with the records we hold, including order records, tracking records and our correspondence with you.
9. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping prices, lost and delayed parcels, customs seizures, damaged or incorrect goods, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of goods. Do not send anything back to us. Because of what these products are, goods that leave our warehouse cannot be sold again, and anything that reaches us from you cannot be put back into stock, cannot be paid for and cannot be sent back to you. Where our Shipping and Return Policy provides for a refund or a replacement in a defined case, that policy applies and nothing in this clause limits it.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the law that we cannot exclude.
10. What you may not do with this website
You may not:
- use the site for anything other than viewing our products and placing orders,
- copy, republish, sell, licence or exploit any part of the site or its content,
- use any part of this website, including product data, laboratory reports, images and text, for text or data mining, or to develop or train any machine learning or artificial intelligence system. We expressly reserve all rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any equivalent provision elsewhere. This reservation is also declared in machine-readable form in our robots.txt file and in our TDM reservation at pulsepeptides.com/.well-known/tdmrep.json, both of which form part of these terms, and it applies to automated access of every kind,
- scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data from the site by automated means, or use a buying agent or automated ordering system,
- interfere with the site, its security features or its availability, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not open to you,
- misrepresent who you are, use another person’s payment details or delivery address without their authority, or place orders under a false name,
- make false or misleading claims about your orders, our products or our company, whether to us, to a carrier, to a payment provider or in public,
- resell, redistribute or supply our products for use in or on a human or an animal.
11. Our intellectual property
The site, its text, images, product data, laboratory reports, layout, software and our name and logo belong to us or to our licensors. You may look at them and print a copy for your own records. You get no other rights.
12. Anything you send us
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, photographs or other material, you keep ownership of it and you grant us a free, worldwide, transferable licence to use it in connection with our business, including in support of a claim you make. You confirm that the material is yours to send and that it is accurate. We do not have to use it and we may remove it.
Photographs and records you send us in support of a claim may be used to answer that claim, including in correspondence with a carrier, an insurer or a payment provider.
13. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for everything done through your account.
We may suspend or close your account, and refuse all future orders, at any time, in particular where you breach these terms, where we have reason to believe the products are being bought for use in or on a human or an animal, where you resell them, where a payment is charged back, or where a claim you make turns out to be false. If we close your account, you may not open another one, in your own name or any other.
14. Our liability
We supply research materials. You decide whether a product is suitable for what you intend to do with it, and you carry the risk of handling, storing, using and disposing of it. We give no warranty that a product is fit for any particular purpose beyond meeting the specification and the batch analysis we publish for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, wasted expenditure, or any indirect or consequential loss,
- we are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product in or on a human or an animal, from use contrary to our Research Use Only statement, or from your failure to comply with the law where you are,
- for a Business Customer, our total liability for any order, in contract, in tort including negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the price paid for that order.
15. What you are responsible for
You will compensate us for any loss, claim, penalty or cost, including reasonable legal costs, that we suffer because you used a product in or on a human or an animal, supplied it to someone else for such use, imported or held it unlawfully, gave us false information, or otherwise broke these terms. This does not apply to anything caused by our own negligence, wilful default or fraud.
Payment disputes. Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute on a claim you know to be untrue is a breach of these terms, and we will recover from you the amount charged back together with the fees our payment provider charges us for it.
16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including strikes, weather, natural events, acts of a public authority, failures of carrier or payment networks, and war. Our Shipping and Return Policy says what that means for delivery times.
17. Your data
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you place it. We do not change the terms of an order after it is placed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the changed terms for future orders.
19. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company. You may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
If we do not enforce a term, or delay in enforcing it, that is not a waiver, and we may still enforce it later.
If any term is found to be unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
These terms do not create a partnership, an agency or an employment relationship between us, and nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce them.
20. Law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your order, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
