Shipping

We ship orders from our network of EU-based fulfillment centers. Your package is dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address for faster and more reliable delivery.

We ship worldwide.

Yes — we can ship to PO-boxes or locker-style pickup locations such as DHL Packstations. If you choose a DHL Packstation, please ensure you have a valid DHL “Post Number” (your personal DHL customer number) and include it in the address.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as we have completed your order. You can track your order using the link provided in the e-mail.

If your package tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact our support team.

Standard Shipping: If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we’ll investigate the shipment and offer a free reshipment if it’s confirmed lost.

Express Shipping: For express deliveries, the review period is 14 days from dispatch.

In certain cases — such as when it’s evident that the order isn’t being delivered (e.g. returned to sender or stuck in customs without progress) — you can apply for an earlier reshipment. Our support team will evaluate each situation individually to ensure a quick resolution.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — items are non-returnable once shipped.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 3–11 business days (standard), 1–5 (express)

International: 7–25 business days (standard), 2–7 (express)

Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Ice-Shipping is a cooled shipping method we offer for all PulsePeptides Products.

Here are the key benefits of using cooled shipping for peptides:

  1. Stability Preservation: Peptides are sensitive to temperature and can degrade or lose their potency if exposed to higher temperatures. Cooled shipping ensures that they are kept at a stable, low temperature, preserving their structural and functional integrity.

  2. Prevention of Degradation: High temperatures can cause peptides to degrade, leading to the loss of their biological activity. By maintaining a cooler environment, cooled shipping reduces the risk of such degradation.

  3. Extended Shelf Life: Cooled conditions can slow down the rate of chemical reactions that may lead to peptide degradation, thereby extending the shelf life of these molecules. This is particularly important for long-distance transportation or for storing peptides for future use.

  4. Consistency in Research and Clinical Applications: For peptides used in research or as pharmaceuticals, consistency and reliability are crucial. Cooled shipping ensures that peptides retain their original properties, leading to more reliable outcomes in research experiments.

Orders

Yes — you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@pulsepeptides.com.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or issue cancellations. Our team will, however, do its best to assist and find the most suitable solution for your situation.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact support@pulsepeptides.com immediately — ideally within 24 hours.

We can update the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. After dispatch, address changes aren’t possible, but we’ll help you track or redirect the parcel if your carrier allows.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

If it’s not there, your email address might have been entered incorrectly. Reach out to support@pulsepeptides.com, and we’ll resend your confirmation and verify your order details.

If you place multiple orders within a short time frame, contact our support team as soon as possible. We may be able to combine them into one shipment if they haven’t yet been processed.

Product

Yes — all PulsePeptides vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) to ensure maximum stability, purity, and shelf life.

This process preserves peptide integrity during shipping and long-term storage by protecting the molecules from heat, moisture, and oxidation.

A small amount of mannitol is used as a stabilizer during the freeze-drying process to maintain structure and consistency.

While all our standard vials are lyophilized, we can organize raw peptide powder materials upon request for research or formulation projects.

These requests are handled on a project basis and may require minimum order quantities.

To inquire, please contact support@pulsepeptides.com with your project details.

Raw powder peptides and lyophilized peptides are two forms in which peptide compounds are commonly available. Both play essential roles in various scientific and medical applications, but they differ in their physical states and characteristics.

Raw Powder Peptides:

Raw powder peptides refer to peptides in their pure, solid form, resembling a fine powder. These peptides are typically synthesized through solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) or other methods. The raw powder may be more prone to degradation and less stable than other forms, but it is often chosen for its simplicity and ease of use in certain research and manufacturing processes.

Even though it is more prone to degradation doesn”t mean that it won”t stay stable if handled properly and yield the same effects in scientific research.

Some researches prefer raw peptide powder to mitigate potential unwanted reactions from filler substances used in the lyophilisation process.

Lyophilized Peptides:

Lyophilization, also known as freeze-drying, is a process in which water is removed from a substance after freezing it. Lyophilized peptides are created by freezing a solution of the peptide and then removing the water under vacuum conditions. The result is a dry, porous substance that can be easily reconstituted with a solvent before use.

Key Differences:

  1. Stability:

    • Raw Powder: May be less stable and more prone to degradation due to exposure to air, moisture, or temperature fluctuations.
    • Lyophilized: Generally more stable as the lyophilization process removes water, reducing the risk of degradation.
  2. Storage:

    • Raw Powder: Requires careful storage conditions, such as low temperature and protection from moisture and light, to maintain stability.
    • Lyophilized: Often more stable during storage, with less stringent temperature and environmental requirements.
  3. Ease of Handling:

    • Raw Powder: May be more challenging to handle due to its fine nature, requiring careful measurement and handling to avoid losses.
    • Lyophilized: Generally easier to handle and measure, as it often forms a more manageable, solid cake.
  4. Applications:

    • Raw Powder: Commonly used in research and development, especially when specific synthesis methods are employed.
    • Lyophilized: Widely used in pharmaceuticals, where stability and ease of storage and transport are crucial.

In summary, the choice between raw powder peptides and lyophilized peptides depends on the specific requirements of the application. Researchers and manufacturers weigh factors such as stability, convenience, and handling ease when deciding which form of peptides to use in their work.

Every batch of PulsePeptides products is tested by independent third-party laboratories to verify purity, identity, and composition.

We publish lab reports on our website for full transparency.

Our production facilities operate under strict GMP quality and safety standards, ensuring precise dosing and consistent quality in every vial.

For optimal stability:

  • Keep vials in a cool, dry place, ideally in a refrigerator (0–8 °C) or freezer (–°C) for long-term storage.

  • Once reconstituted, peptides should be used promptly and kept refrigerated.

  • Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to preserve quality

We provide custom peptide synthesis and project-based peptide production for research, formulation development, and advanced applications.

Our synthesis service enables you to design and produce custom sequences, modifications, or bulk materials according to your specifications.

Capabilities include:

  • Custom amino acid sequences

  • Modifications such as acetylation or amidation
