Ice-Shipping is a cooled shipping method we offer for all PulsePeptides Products.
Here are the key benefits of using cooled shipping for peptides:
Stability Preservation: Peptides are sensitive to temperature and can degrade or lose their potency if exposed to higher temperatures. Cooled shipping ensures that they are kept at a stable, low temperature, preserving their structural and functional integrity.
Prevention of Degradation: High temperatures can cause peptides to degrade, leading to the loss of their biological activity. By maintaining a cooler environment, cooled shipping reduces the risk of such degradation.
Extended Shelf Life: Cooled conditions can slow down the rate of chemical reactions that may lead to peptide degradation, thereby extending the shelf life of these molecules. This is particularly important for long-distance transportation or for storing peptides for future use.
Consistency in Research and Clinical Applications: For peptides used in research or as pharmaceuticals, consistency and reliability are crucial. Cooled shipping ensures that peptides retain their original properties, leading to more reliable outcomes in research experiments.

Product
We sell both lyophilized vials with fillers and vials containing raw peptide powder only.
This is because you most likely ordered raw powder vials.
5mg powder amount is inherently minuscule, appearing as a tiny speck to the human eye. Unlike other peptide vendors, we offer both lyophilized vials including the filler substance manitol and vials strictly containing raw peptide powder, meticulously measured with a high-precision laboratory scale to ensure precise amounts.
During shipment, raw powder may adhere to the vial’s sides. When reconstituting, ensure thorough swirling in all directions to dissolve all of the raw peptide powder.
For reference, here’s an example of the size of 5mg of Melatonin (https://www.quora.com/How-does-5-mg-melatonin-powder-look-like) .
We test each batch of PulsePeptides products for purity at a third-party laboratory, you can view the results here.
All DeusMedical products have a unique verification code on the packaging to verify it’s authenticity. You can verify this code here.
DeusMedical is a reputable company with high production and sterility standards. Each product also contains an additional third-party lab test.
The PulsePeptides raw powder vials contain raw peptide powder only without any additional filler substances.
The PulsePeptides lyophilized vials contain lyophilized peptide powder including mantiol to stabilize the lyophilisation process.
The DeusMedical vials contain lyophilized peptide powder with manitol and are produced by DeusMedical a pharmacutical company from India.
Raw powder peptides and lyophilized peptides are two forms in which peptide compounds are commonly available. Both play essential roles in various scientific and medical applications, but they differ in their physical states and characteristics.
Raw Powder Peptides:
Raw powder peptides refer to peptides in their pure, solid form, resembling a fine powder. These peptides are typically synthesized through solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) or other methods. The raw powder may be more prone to degradation and less stable than other forms, but it is often chosen for its simplicity and ease of use in certain research and manufacturing processes.
Even though it is more prone to degradation doesn”t mean that it won”t stay stable if handled properly and yield the same effects in scientific research.
Some researches prefer raw peptide powder to mitigate potential unwanted reactions from filler substances used in the lyophilisation process.
Lyophilized Peptides:
Lyophilization, also known as freeze-drying, is a process in which water is removed from a substance after freezing it. Lyophilized peptides are created by freezing a solution of the peptide and then removing the water under vacuum conditions. The result is a dry, porous substance that can be easily reconstituted with a solvent before use.
Key Differences:
Stability:
- Raw Powder: May be less stable and more prone to degradation due to exposure to air, moisture, or temperature fluctuations.
- Lyophilized: Generally more stable as the lyophilization process removes water, reducing the risk of degradation.
Storage:
- Raw Powder: Requires careful storage conditions, such as low temperature and protection from moisture and light, to maintain stability.
- Lyophilized: Often more stable during storage, with less stringent temperature and environmental requirements.
Ease of Handling:
- Raw Powder: May be more challenging to handle due to its fine nature, requiring careful measurement and handling to avoid losses.
- Lyophilized: Generally easier to handle and measure, as it often forms a more manageable, solid cake.
Applications:
- Raw Powder: Commonly used in research and development, especially when specific synthesis methods are employed.
- Lyophilized: Widely used in pharmaceuticals, where stability and ease of storage and transport are crucial.
In summary, the choice between raw powder peptides and lyophilized peptides depends on the specific requirements of the application. Researchers and manufacturers weigh factors such as stability, convenience, and handling ease when deciding which form of peptides to use in their work.
