Shipping and Return Policy

PulsePeptides.com is committed to providing customers with a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping practices and delivery times, to ensure you have all the information needed when placing an order with us.

Shipping Options:

We offer two main shipping options:

  • Standard (Flat-Rate) Shipping: Typically 3–11 business days within Europe and 7–25 business days internationally.

  • Express Shipping: Typically 1–5 business days within Europe and 2–7 business days internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier workload, or external factors outside our control.

Cold Chain / Ice Shipping

Certain temperature-sensitive products are shipped using Ice Shipping, a cold-chain method that maintains stability throughout transit. This option may incur an additional fee and is recommended for peptides and other temperature-sensitive materials.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified in case of unexpected delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. PulsePeptides is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

For DHL Packstation deliveries, please ensure your Post Number and Packstation number are included to guarantee successful delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

All international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, and local taxes, depending on your destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are lawful to import in their country.

PulsePeptides is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or refusals caused by local import restrictions or regulatory requirements.

Certain products may have shipping limitations based on their composition or local regulations. Customers are advised to check their country’s import policies before placing an order.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of the goods complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. PulsePeptides is not liable for any legal complications, including but not limited to customs seizures, delays, or refusals. The buyer assumes full liability for the importation process, and orders will not be refunded or reshipped if they are held, delayed, or seized by customs.

 

Regional Exceptions for Flat-Rate Shipments

Due to the unreliable quality of local postal services, PulsePeptides cannot be held responsible for delivery errors, delays, or losses associated with flat-rate shipments to the following regions:

Romania, Russia, and Belarus.

These exceptions apply only to flat-rate shipping.

Express shipments are not affected and remain covered under our standard refund and reshipment policy.

This list may be updated periodically, so customers are encouraged to stay informed about regional shipping restrictions prior to placing an order.

Package Insurance

Every order placed with PulsePeptides is automatically covered by transit insurance at no additional cost.

This protection covers your shipment against loss, damage, or non-delivery while in transit.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 30 days for standard shipping, or

  • 14 days for express shipping,

you may request a free reshipment or refund after verification.

If tracking clearly indicates that your order is not moving or has been returned to sender, you may also apply for an earlier reshipment, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

⚠️ Important:

Claims for lost or undelivered packages do not apply if the courier (e.g., DHL or UPS) has marked the shipment as “Delivered.”

Due to a high number of fraudulent claims, once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered and no reshipment or refund will be issued unless there is proof of non delivery.

If you suspect your package was delivered to the wrong address, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open an official delivery investigation.

Please note that PulsePeptides cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier service errors, or force majeure events.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the biochemical nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

This policy ensures that every product we ship remains sterile, uncontaminated, and safe for research use.

Returns are only accepted if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

To initiate a claim, please contact support@pulsepeptides.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photo documentation of the issue.

After review and verification, we will issue either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the case.

Please note:

  • We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have shipped.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for customs seizures, import refusals, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Orders marked as delivered by DHL, UPS, or other carriers are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
