1. What these products are
Everything sold on pulsepeptides.com is supplied for in vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation only. That includes lyophilized peptide vials, bacteriostatic water, capsule products, raw peptide powder and custom synthesis.
We can tell you what is in a vial, how pure it is, which batch it came from, and how to store it. That is the whole of what we are able to tell you.
2. What these products are not
These products are not for human or veterinary use. They must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, or applied to the skin, hair, nails, lips or mucous membranes of a human or an animal.
They are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease, condition or symptom, in humans or in animals.
They are not placed on the market:
- as medicinal products within the meaning of Article 1(2) of Directive 2001/83/EC, or of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 in the United Kingdom,
- as medical devices within the meaning of Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/745,
- as food, food supplements or novel food within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EU) 2015/2283,
- as cosmetic products within the meaning of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Nothing on this website is a therapeutic claim, a health claim, a recommendation, or medical advice. Where a page describes a substance, it describes what published research says about it, not what it does for a person.
3. What we will not do
We do not give advice on dosage, administration, routes of application, combinations, cycles, or physiological or therapeutic effects in humans or animals. Our support team is not permitted to answer questions of that kind, and will not do so, however the question is phrased. This is not unhelpfulness: advising on those things would turn a research material into something we do not sell.
We do not describe our products by what they might do to a body, we do not publish before and after imagery, and we do not sell bundles put together around a personal goal.
4. What you confirm when you order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old,
- you are buying these materials for permitted research purposes and not for use in or on a human or an animal,
- you are qualified, trained or otherwise competent to handle laboratory materials safely, and you will store, handle and dispose of them accordingly,
- you will not resell, redistribute or supply these products for use in or on a human or an animal,
- you have checked, and remain responsible for checking, that the purchase, import, possession and use of what you ordered is lawful where you are, including under medicines, controlled substances and customs law.
Checking your own country’s import rules is your job, not ours. We cannot advise you on them, and nothing we say about earlier shipments to your country is a promise about yours. Our Shipping and Return Policy sets out what happens if a parcel is stopped at the border.
5. Labelling and safety information
Our products are labelled and supplied in line with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) and, where it applies, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH). Safety data is available on request at support@pulsepeptides.com.
Handle every material on this website as an uncharacterised laboratory chemical: use appropriate protective equipment, do not eat, drink or smoke where you handle it, and keep it out of the reach of children and of anyone who is not aware of what it is.
6. If you are not able to accept this
If you cannot confirm the points in section 4, do not order. We are entitled to refuse or cancel any order, and to close an account, where we have reason to believe that products are being bought for use in or on a human or an animal.
